Role Design and lead scalable enterprise AI/ML and GenAI solutions. Work with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to deliver secure, high-performing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI architecture, strategy, frameworks, and roadmap.
• Design end-to-end ML/AI solutions including data pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Lead GenAI, LLM, NLP, computer vision, and predictive ML initiatives.
• Build PoCs, MVPs, and production AI solutions.
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, explainability, and model risk management.
• Optimize AI systems for scalability, performance, cost, and reliability.
• Stay current with LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, and multimodal AI.
• Mentor ML engineers and data scientists.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in AI/ML, ML architecture, or data engineering.
• Strong ML, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, GenAI, and AI architecture experience.
• Python and SQL.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and/or Hugging Face.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• MLOps and AI/ML deployment pipelines.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, or fine-tuning.
• Strong architecture, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
