Our client, a leading consulting firm is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join its technology team. This role will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support critical business functions across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce professional with strong development experience who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Build and enhance Salesforce functionality.
- Develop custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automation to support business processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce application issues.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems.
- Participate in Salesforce releases, deployments, testing, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with administrators, business users, and other technology teams on Salesforce initiatives.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Experience developing and supporting Salesforce applications in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and automation.
- Experience with system integrations and web services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technology teams.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
