Wellness Clinic Assistant – Admin & Front Desk

iRelax.Life Wellness Center in Arcadia is looking for Administrative & Clinic Assistant Interns to join our team! This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in health, wellness, marketing, or operations to gain hands-on experience in a professional clinic setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with front desk reception: welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, handling basic inquiries
• Support clinic team with daily operations and light admin tasks
• Help with content creation for social media, marketing events, and customer service
• Guide new clients on using our AI wellness equipment (we will train you!)
• Help coordinate with therapists and practitioners
• Assist in community outreach or special events

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about wellness, health, or admin/operations work
• Responsible, friendly, and willing to learn
• Able to communicate clearly in English (Chinese or Spanish is a plus)
• College student or recent graduate (majors in business, health sciences, marketing, etc. are welcome)
• Available at least 2-3 days/week (part-time schedule flexible)

Compensation:

• This is an unpaid internship with performance-based commissions
• You’ll earn sales/referral commissions for helping bring in clients

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
