Project Manager

SupremeX is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to support our Sales team and help deliver exceptional packaging solutions to our clients.

In this role, you’ll coordinate customer orders and projects from quote to delivery, collaborate with manufacturing and scheduling teams, and ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or project coordination within a B2B manufacturing environment
• Packaging, printing, or paper converting industry experience is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Epicor is an asset)
• A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
