Working hours: Hybrid Mon – Fri 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Join us to build and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions that go beyond traditional chatbots, enabling AI agents to reason, retrieve knowledge, use tools and APIs, and execute real business workflows

• Design and develop Agentic AI / GenAI solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks and enterprise AI platforms
• Build agents with tool/function calling, planning, execution, memory, state management and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Develop enterprise RAG pipelines including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval and reranking
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications and workflow systems
• Build AI solutions from POC to MVP and production
• Implement AI evaluation, observability, guardrails and security controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 - 5+ years of professional software engineering / AI engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building GenAI / LLM applications beyond basic chatbots
• Experience with at least one Agentic AI framework or platform, such as LangChain / LangGraph, Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform / Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google AgentSpace, AWS Bedrock or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including tool calling, planning, orchestration, memory and state management
• Experience with RAG, vector databases and embeddings
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python
• Good understanding of APIs, system integration and production deployment
• Fluent English

Preferred (optional)

• Experience building production-grade Agentic AI or multi-agent systems
• Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails and AI security
• Experience integrating AI with ITSM, SIEM, enterprise applications or workflow automation
• Experience with UiPath or other automation platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with SAP AI / BTP is an advantage
