Spectral Consultants is #Hiring: AI / GenAI Engineer – AI Agent Development for a leading insurance and financial service organization
Experience - 8-12 Years
Location- Pune/Hyderabad
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.
- Build agent orchestration frameworks using LLMs, tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Develop solutions for document processing, summarization, classification, NLP, and knowledge retrieval .
- Build end-to-end AI applications integrating backend systems, APIs, microservices, and data platforms .
- Develop scalable Python-based backend services, REST APIs, and microservices .
- Implement RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM frameworks .
- Work with Harness frameworks and AI tools orchestration .
- Manage CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, and production support using Azure DevOps .
🔹 Must-Have Skills
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python and backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience in AI/GenAI, LLMs and AI Agents .
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks .
- Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases and prompt engineering .
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices and SQL .
- Hands-on experience with AI Agent/tool orchestration and Harness frameworks – Mandatory .
- Exposure to Azure and Azure DevOps/CI-CD
