What You Will Do

• Coordinate venture investing administration, including tracking portfolio companies and managing deal flow logistics.
• Oversee brand partnerships, content coordination, and high-level personal logistics and errands.
• Manage a busy home office environment, ensuring all professional and personal schedules run seamlessly.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience as a 1:1 PA to a founder, creative, or public figure is essential.
• Highly digitally fluent with proficiency in G Suite, Canva, Notion, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Proactive, ego-free approach to both high-level admin and unglamorous practical tasks.
