Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises and hybrid environments to Azure.
• Develop scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
• Design and implement Azure networking solutions including Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, and DNS services.
• Define and implement cloud governance, security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep.
• Collaborate with application, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
• Design backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, availability, and cloud costs.
• Conduct cloud readiness assessments, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Stay updated on Azure services, cloud trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of overall IT Infrastructure experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep).
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, governance, and identity management.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
