Role Description The Vice President of Treasury Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the company’s global cash and liquidity strategy. This role manages day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and bank relationships, ensuring sufficient liquidity for business needs and growth initiatives. The VP will design and implement treasury policies, monitor working capital, and optimize cash flows across entities and currencies. They will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to support investment decisions, risk management, and capital structure planning. The role also includes developing reporting dashboards, improving processes through technology and automation, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Treasury Management and Cash Management, including liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and banking operations.
• Solid Finance and Accounting skills to interpret financial statements, support capital allocation decisions, and align treasury activities with overall financial strategy.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate cash flow trends, optimize working capital, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in a senior treasury or finance leadership role, preferably in a technology or high-growth company environment.
• Knowledge of treasury systems, banking platforms, and financial automation tools; comfort with data and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and global setting, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement policies, controls, and best practices that support risk management and regulatory compliance.
