Responsibilities

Design global shop-in-shops, retail pop-ups, tradeshows, and specialty shops that reflect **our client’s** creative vision and deliver an elevated customer experience.
Manage project requirements and coordination with internal teams—including Store Development, Visual Merchandising, Construction, Marketing, and Business—and external agencies, millworkers, and general contractors.
Produce schematic design drawings, design development packages, bid documents, and templates for new shops, renovations, and restorations.
Manage consultants and suppliers, review and approve construction and millwork shop drawings, and ensure projects meet brand standards, schedules, and budgets.
Collaborate with fixture teams on custom fixture design and usage while adhering to AutoCAD, drafting, project management, and directory standards.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent education in Architecture or a related field, with experience in retail design, commercial projects, or high-end residential design.
Strong understanding of all phases of architectural projects, including design development, documentation, bidding, and construction.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office/Excel, Microsoft Project, and SketchUp; experience with Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, BIM360, Smartsheet, or AI design tools is a plus.
Strong knowledge of millwork standards, details, and construction, combined with analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balance competing priorities, and travel domestically as needed.
