Required Skills & Qualifications
• Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
- Deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Provisioning Services
• Proven experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture and operations
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and FSLogix, Group Policies
• Strong understanding of Azure networking (DNS, Load Balancing, SSL/TLS, VPN), security, governance, and hybrid cloud architectures
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware
• Experience with automation technologies such as PowerShell, Terraform, Azure Bicep, or similar tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proactive, self-motivated and meticulous work attitude with enhanced attention to detail
