Executive Assistant to Vice Chairman

A global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice Chair. This is a highly visible, high-trust role providing direct, one-on-one support to a senior member of the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex, high-volume scheduling and calendar decisions with a high degree of independent judgment.
• Direct the flow of communication and information to and from the Vice Chair.
• Conduct research across a wide range of topics as needed.
• Provide comprehensive, no-task-too-small administrative support.
• Handle correspondence and written communication with accuracy and polish.
• Anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• A no-task-too-small mindset and willingness to move fluidly between high-level and low-level work.
• Smart, curious, and autonomous, with strong core admin instincts and sound judgment.

Schedule Hybrid Compensation $150,000 to $175,000 per year DOE + plus sign-on bonus and a generous benefits package. Location NYC
