Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation efforts by sourcing potential candidates through social media management, job boards, and professional networks.
• Support the recruitment cycle by maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to ensure accurate candidate data management.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless hiring process.
• Manage relationship development with candidates and internal teams to foster positive engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
• Contribute to social media campaigns to promote open positions and enhance employer branding efforts.
• Support onboarding activities by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
• Maintain organized records of recruitment activities, interview schedules, and candidate feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms and social media management tools to support lead generation and employer branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with human resources processes and best practices in recruitment and relationship management.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience supporting recruitment or HR functions is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: £25,420.00-£36,378.20 per year
