Role Description
The Driller Assistant supports drilling operations by assisting with the setup, maintenance, and operation of drilling equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution of drilling activities in oil and gas exploration projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work collaboratively in dynamic field environme
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
Previous experience in drilling, construction, or heavy equipment operations is an asset
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to work with tools and machinery
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in demanding environments
Willingness to travel and work in various outdoor conditions
