We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who can help us turn our product ideas into reality and scale our current apps.

Job Description:

• Participate in designing, developing, and maintaining features for web systems (frontend + backend), and mobile when required.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs between the frontend (NextJS) and backend (.NET / Java).
• Design and optimize schemas and queries on PostgreSQL and MongoDB; ensure performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with PM, UI/UX, QA, and backend teams to break down requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features sprint by sprint.
• Write clean, well-tested code; participate in code reviews; and follow the team’s coding conventions.
• Support deployment and operation of systems on container environments (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) as assigned.
• Effectively use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) for coding, debugging, and writing documentation.
• Proactively research, propose technical solutions, and stay ready to learn new technologies as project needs evolve.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a fullstack, backend, or frontend developer with shipped products in production.
• Backend: strong command of at least one strongly-typed language such as .NET (C#) or Java (Spring Boot).
• Frontend: proficient with NextJS (React, TypeScript); solid understanding of SSR/CSR, state management, and API integration.
• Database: hands-on with PostgreSQL and MongoDB; able to write queries, understand indexing, and design basic schemas.
• Engineering fundamentals: solid grasp of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture / Clean Code; understanding of RESTful API principles and JWT/OAuth.
• DevOps basics: comfortable with Docker; proficient with Git and branching workflows (Git Flow / Trunk-based); experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI); basic Linux command line skills.
• Skilled at using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to assist with coding, test generation, and documentation in a controlled manner.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have:

• Mobile development experience with Flutter.
• Experience with monolithic and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Redis (cache, session) or message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS (deployment, container services, storage, basic networking, IAM).

📍Location: Sala, District 2 (Full-time, Onsite - with some flexible work days)
