Job Description
The Gunderman Group is a team of local, experienced real estate professionals with deep knowledge of the East Bay and a genuine love for the community we call home. We help people through one of life’s most important decisions, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that work — who brings the same care and sharpness to running the systems our business relies on that we bring to our clients.
Opportunity:
We are seeking an operations manager/executive assistant to work closely with our founder and team lead, David Gunderman. This is a hybrid-role that focuses on team systems and culture, as well as the day-to-day administrative support designed to keep leadership organized and on schedule.
Under the direction of the team leader, this individual will lead the internal operations team, as well as collaborate with the marketing team, transaction manager, team realtors, clients and outside vendors to ensure listings, transactions, internal operations and personalized client communications move smoothly from start to finish.
We are looking for a positive, engaged, collaborative and detail oriented self-starter who loves business operations and smart administration, and who enjoys working in a fun, dynamic, fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities include:

Executive administrative support

- Manage calendars, showings, and appointment scheduling
- Triage inbox and prioritize matters that require immediate attention
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and occasional personal errands as needed
- Prepare materials for listing presentations and client meetings
Team and Culture
- Coordinate team-wide communications, support onboarding/offboarding and training of new employees, and troubleshoot day-to-day business issues
- Serve as the central point of connection between agents, marketing, transaction coordination, and listing support.

- Provide industry knowledge and historical context for team decisions and processes
