Job Description
We are looking for a Software Developer to join a newly formed global routing team building the connectivity infrastructure behind electronic trading across global markets.
We’re specifically looking for engineers with a trading systems background, not generalist software engineers. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with FIX, order routing, exchange/venue connectivity, OMS/EMS, or electronic execution systems, along with strong C++, Java, or C# skills.
The role involves building and supporting global trading connectivity, troubleshooting complex systems, working with traders and operations, and improving scalable, low-latency infrastructure.
Ideal background:
- 5+ years in C++, Java, or C#
- Strong FIX / FIX connectivity experience
- Order routing, OMS/EMS, or electronic trading experience
- Exchange, broker, or venue connectivity
- Low-latency or high-throughput systems
- Experience working directly with traders, quants, or trading operations
Best fits: Engineers from trading firms, investment banks, brokerages, exchanges, or OMS/EMS vendors who have actually built trading connectivity and execution infrastructure.
