Project Manager – Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination experience within commercial construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead progress meetings and ensure timely project execution
- Oversee permitting, safety compliance, and project closeouts
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Qualifications
- Commercial construction project management experience required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
