We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO involved in real estate, philanthropy, and music ventures. This role is ideal for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination
- Assist with travel arrangements and executive support
- Organize digital files, media, and footage
- Update social media, website, and YouTube content
- Help oversee day-to-day operations across multiple ventures
- Handle communication and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior Executive Assistant or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable with social media and digital organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
