THE ROLE:
- Founding / First Solutions Engineer
PRE-Sales
- Work Closely With Our Head of Sales to Win New Business.
- Implement and Manage PoCs.
- Get Up To Speed on Customers’ Codebases.
- Build the Customer Simulation and Test the AI Agent
- Document and Show the Value of Our Platform on the Customer’s Systems
POST-Sales:
- Help Customers Get Up and Running With Our Platform
- Document Best Practices For The FDE Function
- Act as a TAM (Technical Account Manager)
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 3+ Years of Building Enterprise Software (Strong in Python)
- LLM Experience: Building LLMs, Evaluating LLMs
- Polyglot, Language Agnostic
- Happy to Work Primarily in Python
- Some Customer Facing Experience
- Computer Science Degree From a Top University
- Excited to Make a Huge Impact at an Early Startup
