Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Micro-services, REST APIs, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to lead development teams and drive technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java-based enterprise applications
• Develop scalable Microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical planning discussions

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Core Java and OOP concepts
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and system design
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to React or Angular is a plus
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
