Assistant Controller
New York - Fully Remote
$130,000–$150,000
We’re currently working with a leading US fintech solutions platform.
They are hiring an Assistant Controller to join their growing business/ finance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer, you’ll take ownership of our SEC filings and play a key role in the financial reporting function.
This is a fantastic position within a exciting growth driven company that in recent years has become a US leader in FinTech Solutions.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related footnotes
- Apply strong working knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting and NASDAQ regulations
- Support SOX compliance and internal controls
What we’re looking for
- CPA qualified
- New York Based
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting and NASDAQ regulations
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Experience in Fintech, banking, or regulated industries
