Senior Pega Developer

6-Month Contract

Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite – NJ, NY, NC or FL

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega applications supporting key business processes. This role requires deep hands-on Pega development expertise, strong knowledge of the PRPC platform, and an Agile mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement Pega applications
  • Customize and integrate Pega solutions to meet business and technical requirements
  • Develop solutions using Pega methodologies, standards, and best practices
  • Work with internal technology and business teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate within a cross-functional delivery team
  • Deliver assigned development work against established project timelines and objectives

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Pega Developer
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
  • Strong Pega application development experience
  • Expertise in Pega configuration, customization, and integration
  • Experience designing and implementing Pega applications using established Pega methodologies and best practices
  • One or more Pega Architect certifications
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

  • Previous banking or financial services experience
  • 8–10+ years of directly relevant Pega development experience

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite at an approved hub location in New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, or Florida .

Contract: 6 months with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
