Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and workflow automation.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and IntegrationHub.
Experience in ServiceNow Upgrades and Release Management.
Strong scripting skills using JavaScript.
Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Knowledge of ITSM modules and ServiceNow platform architecture.
