Network Operations Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly server patching and ongoing security patching for Windows servers and infrastructure components to ensure compliance and system stability.
• Manage and implement Fortinet firewall patching and updates, including firmware upgrades, security policies, and best-practice configurations.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, endpoint security, application deployment, and policy management.
• Handle KACE administration, including asset management, software deployment, patch management, and reporting.
• Administer and support RingCentral services, including user provisioning, call routing, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Provide Tier II technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates, including renewals, installations, and troubleshooting certificate-related issues.
• Perform DNS updates and management, ensuring accurate configuration and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and security-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for systems, procedures, configurations, and change management activities.
