- MSCE/MCSE certification or equivalent Microsoft infrastructure experience
- SonicWall firewall setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Active Directory administration
- LAN/WAN network design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- DNS and Domain Management
- Site-to-Site VPN configuration and troubleshooting
- VLAN configuration and network segmentation
- Audio/Video technologies, specifically Dante and NDI
- ConnectWise PSA experience
- SentinelOne cybersecurity/endpoint security experience
- Strong network, computer, and printer troubleshooting skills
