Job Description
About Korro
Korro is reimagining children’s therapy through the power of play and AI. Our interactive platform delivers engaging, gamified experiences designed to support children’s development while giving clinicians, parents, and schools tools to understand and track progress across settings.
We are addressing significant challenges in pediatric care, including long waitlists, provider shortages, and gaps in access, by making the practice of important developmental skills more engaging, effective, and accessible.
We are a growing team working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, AI, and children’s development. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to that growth while gaining broad exposure to how an early-stage health technology company brings a product to market.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern who is curious, resourceful, and excited to learn how an innovative healthcare technology company grows.
This is a cross-functional role spanning marketing, customer engagement, business development, and go-to-market strategy . You will work closely with the Korro team to help communicate our story, understand our customers, create marketing and sales materials, identify prospective partners and customers, support outreach campaigns, and learn directly from conversations with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
The role is well suited for a student interested in marketing, healthcare, occupational therapy, business, communications, or health technology. No previous sales experience is required. We will provide training, coaching, and opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the business.
As Korro grows, there may also be opportunities for strong performers to expand their responsibilities, take ownership of larger projects, and potentially grow into a longer-term role with the company based on performance, interests, and business needs.

Customer Outreach & Business Development
- Connect with prospective clinicians, practices, and organizations through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.
- Learn how to identify and qualify organizations that may be a strong fit for Korro.
- Help schedule product demonstrations and introductory conversations for interested prospects.
- Follow up thoughtfully with prospective customers and maintain accurate information in our CRM.
- Listen to customer questions and feedback and share those insights with the broader team.
Cross-Functional Learning
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and clinical team members.
- Learn how customer feedback influences product positioning, marketing strategy, and product development.
- Develop an understanding of how clinical value is translated into compelling business and marketing messaging.
- Take ownership of projects as your skills and interests develop.
What We’re Looking For
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, business, communications, occupational therapy, healthcare, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in healthcare AI, digital health, technology, or children’s development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious and comfortable learning through conversations with new people.
- Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
