We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to support both our Chief Operating Officer and myself at Studio Chintamani. We want to see your intelligence shine through, not

how well you use AI.

It is important that the ideal person is flexible and adaptable in the tasks assigned by the C-suite. A high degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence is a valuable asset that contributes to our culture of people-centred business and is essential in this role.

This is far more than an administrative role. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, emotionally intelligent, professionally intuitive, and genuinely kind. Someone who understands that behind every purpose-driven business is a human being striving to make a meaningful difference in the world.

The successful candidate will become a trusted partner in helping us grow Studio Chintamani—an award-winning design studio specialising in neuro-biophilic design, sustainability, biodiversity, and the creation of environments that enhance mental health and human wellbeing.

This role requires a minimum of five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior support position.

You will work closely with me and our COO, assisting with:

• Executive and personal diary management

• Business operations and communications

• Academic and PhD coordination

• Writing and publishing projects

• Public speaking and media appearances

• Networking and strategic partnerships

• Travel arrangements and personal administration

We are seeking someone who:

• Has exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrates absolute confidentiality and discretion

• Is compassionate, emotionally mature, and collaborative

• Understands or is eager to learn about mental health, trauma-informed practice, and sustainability

• Thrives in an environment built on trust, autonomy, and mutual respect

An interest in design, mental health and the environment is highly valued.
