Agile Delivery Manager - AWS Migration & Transformation

Role Description Title: Agile Delivery Manager - AWS Migration & Transformation (Senior Manager - Program & Project Management) Location: Albany, New York (Hybrid) Responsibilities

• Create weekly engagement status and lead agile ceremonies weekly status report sprint demos daily standups
• Maintain a RAID log and escalation path escalate to AWS EM or DPM
• Lead sprint planning and backlog management Jira
• Compile findings and produce executive readout deck working with the Cloud Architect
• Schedule and Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and readout of assessment findings drive assessment outcomes
• Create the draft wave plan sequencing and migration roadmap timeline working with the AWS PCA Skillset Required
• PMP or equivalent agile project management certification
• 5 years Agile Project management
• Financial services client experience
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Agile Scrum methodology sprint based delivery Key Deliverables
• Findings Wave Plan Next Steps
• Executive Readout Presentation
• Weekly Status Reports and Steering Committee Materials

Other Details Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
