Job Overview
FLX Local Media is hiring a part-time, Hybrid Executive Assistant to support the owner across our seven radio stations and Finger Lakes Daily News. This is a high-trust role at the center of a fast-moving local media business — calendar, communications, vendor and partner relationships, and the dozens of day-to-day operational details that keep the company running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage the owner’s calendar, meetings, and travel
- Triage email and other communications; draft and send responses
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and station staff
- Organize files, contracts, and operational documents
- Drive projects through to completion across multiple workstreams
- Handle occasional in-person logistics in Geneva, NY and surrounding Finger Lakes areas
- Take on ad-hoc projects as the business grows

Logistics
- Part-time, remote
- Must be able to travel to Geneva, NY and surrounding Finger Lakes areas periodically
- Compensation commensurate with experience
