Junior AI Engineer

This role bridges business needs with AI and analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance. Responsibilities include identifying AI/data opportunities, leading AI and analytics projects from ideation to implementation, managing POCs, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, you will:

AI Engineering:

• Work together with various business units to understand their operation, gather their analytics needs, and data requirements.
• Help business leaders identify and prioritize their business problems that analytics is suited to solve.
• Synthesize the operational expertise of business units and the technical expertise of data professionals (engineers and analysts) to bring impact at scale to the organization.

Analytics:

• Map business requests and opportunities into AI innovation and analytical initiatives.
• Initiate, execute, and evaluate a wide range of AI and analytics POCs/pilots.
• Coordinate with AI engineers to develop and deliver technical solutions to production products/solutions.
• Act as the Product Owner/Project Manager to lead key AI and analytics projects.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Information Management System, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, with 1-3 years working on AI/ML projects
• AI literacy (must): solid knowledge and hands-on experience with generative AI products and tools. Strong capability to use current SOTA foundation models, tools, and platforms for AI applications, automation, and agentic tasks
• Business acumen (must): extensive domain knowledge of your company and your industry. Also, solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical fluency (must): familiar with data products and solutions available in the market and their applications (e.g., analytics solutions, big data, data structure, GenAI).
• Project management skills: planning, communication, stakeholder management, time and risk management skills.
• Excellent English, especially verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a PMO role is a big plus.
