Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, cloud technologies, and modern application development . The ideal candidate will design AI-powered solutions, multi-agent workflows, and scalable architectures while guiding engineering teams through implementation and technical decisions.

The candidate should also have strong experience with Java, Python, React.js, and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code/loop engineering .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI-powered applications and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
• Design scalable architectures for LLM and RAG-based solutions .
• Develop and evaluate AI/ML solutions using Python, Java, and relevant data engineering libraries.
• Design data models, data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations with vector databases.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud .
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for scalable AI application deployment.
• Track model performance, inference costs, latency, and overall solution quality.
• Implement security and compliance practices to protect sensitive data and reduce data leakage and model hallucinations.
• Align AI architecture and technology decisions with business objectives, technical feasibility, and financial budgets .
• Guide engineering teams through architectural decisions, design trade-offs, and project execution.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to build web-based AI/learning applications .
• Leverage Claude Code, loop engineering, and Generative AI technologies to accelerate development and solution delivery.

Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Development & AI-Augmented Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong experience in Agentic AI, AI-augmented software development, and modern application architecture . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Claude Code, loop engineering, MCP, LLM agents, microservices, and AI-assisted development .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement loop engineering workflows using Claude Code and similar AI coding tools.
• Define how AI agents plan, execute, test, and iterate on code changes.
• Architect Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and safe, well-defined tool schemas for LLM agents.
• Define human-in-the-loop checkpoints, autonomy boundaries, and rollback strategies for agent-driven changes.
• Build evaluation frameworks and observability practices to measure AI agent output quality and identify regressions.
• Design and review microservices and micro-frontend architectures using C4 diagrams and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Drive test-driven development (TDD) practices, including contract testing between services.
• Own technical decisions across Java microservices, Node.js services, React/microfrontend UI, and Python tooling .
• Design REST APIs and headless component architectures that support both human developers and AI agents.
• Establish CI/CD practices for safely incorporating AI/agent-authored pull requests .
• Implement security practices for agentic workflows, including prompt-injection protection and tool-permission boundaries .
• Mentor engineering teams on effective AI-assisted software development .

Required Skills
