Job Description
- Manage 3–5 concurrent remodeling projects end to end, with full ownership of schedule, budget, subcontractor performance, quality, and client experience
- Procure and track materials; manage lead times and deliveries to protect the project schedule
- Obtain permits and schedule, attend, and document all required inspections
- Maintain current project schedules in the CRM; identify slips early and document recovery plans
- Provide every active client with a written weekly project update
- Administer change orders correctly: documented, priced, and client-approved in writing prior to performance of the work
- Coordinate and hold subcontractors accountable to schedule, quality, and jobsite standards for safety and cleanliness
- Maintain complete project documentation in the CRM, including job costs, photos, and notes
- Close out projects thoroughly: timely punch-list completion and a client review request at completion
Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
