Sales Representative/Project Manager

Job Overview

United Roofing Group is looking for a motivated, professional, and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are a locally owned roofing contractor focused on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with homeowners and commercial customers throughout Central Indiana.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and develop new roofing leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities.
• Perform professional roof inspections and identify storm, wind, hail, age-related, and other roofing damage.
• Meet with homeowners and property owners to explain roofing options and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present professional roofing estimates and proposals.
• Work with insurance companies, adjusters, homeowners, and project teams throughout the sales process.
• Follow up consistently with leads, estimates, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, estimates, contracts, and project status.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure sold projects are completed properly and customers receive an excellent experience.
• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Represent United Roofing Group professionally at all times.

• Previous roofing, construction, insurance, or outside-sales experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
