Job Type: Full Time – 5 Days in office - £45,000 – £50,000

Our client is a well-established private real estate investment, asset management and development business with a strong presence across the UK. • Act as a key point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Manage front-of-house and ensure a professional, welcoming office environment.
  • Organise client entertainment, staff events and corporate functions.
  • Support corporate marketing and communications activity.

Systems & Business Support

  • Manage the CRM system and provide internal training and support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office and basic IT queries.
  • Liaise with external IT providers and manage mobile phone requirements.

People, Compliance & Health & Safety

  • Manage new starter onboarding and leaver processes.
  • Coordinate compliance training and support KYC/AML checks.
  • Maintain oversight of Health & Safety requirements, including training, risk assessments and PAT testing.

Office Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and manage supplies.
  • Liaise with cleaning contractors and building management.
  • Work closely with the wider support team and provide cover when required.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar senior support role, within real estate.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong diary management and travel coordination experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
  • Professional, polished and personable approach, with strong front-of-house and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of office management and operational responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems; experience with CRM systems would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable dealing with basic IT and office technology issues.
