Job Title: PowerApps & Power Automate Developer

Experience: 5 - 7 years (5Days WFO)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps & Power Automate Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to build business applications, automate workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with business and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows for business process automation.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office 365, and other enterprise systems.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Implement Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure solution reliability.
  • Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in Agile environments.
  • Support production applications and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of governance, security, and environment strategy within Power Platform.
