**HIRING: AI ENGINEER – LLM 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE**

Job Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and deploy LLM/Generative AI solutions for internal products and client projects.
• Explore and evaluate the latest LLM technologies and AI research .
• Experiment with state-of-the-art models and integrate them into production systems.
• Build and optimize RAG, AI Agents, and LLM-powered applications .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world AI solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP or related fields.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, LLM Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering .
• Ability to read research papers, conduct experiments, evaluate models, and implement AI solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience deploying AI models in production.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph .
• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP .
• Personal AI projects, GitHub portfolio, or open-source contributions.
