The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Software Engineer with deep expertise in the Nexacro Platform and Java Spring Boot. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing enterprise-level applications, bridging legacy systems with modern UI frameworks, and delivering robust, scalable solutions for the Insurance sector.

What You Will Do & Technical Requirements

• Nexacro Mastery: Bring 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in frontend development using the Nexacro Platform.
• Advanced JavaScript: Strong command of JS (ES5/ES6+), mastering event-driven programming, callbacks, and closures that are fully compatible with the Nexacro runtime.
• Nexacro Specifics: Exhibit deep knowledge in dynamic component rendering, dataset handling, asynchronous transaction calls, and form/grid management. Proven ability to implement WinForm-style two-way data binding patterns to ensure real-time UI/data synchronization.
• Backend & APIs: Robust backend engineering skills using the Java Spring Boot framework. Solid understanding of RESTful API design, database integrations, and microservices architecture.
• System Migration & Deployment: Proven track record in modernizing and migrating legacy Java JSP-based systems to the modern Nexacro Platform. Expertise in configuring and deploying enterprise applications across web servers like Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic.
• Security protocols: Extensive experience in managing session-based authentication (SessionID lifecycle, cross-request propagation, and secure session handling in large-scale enterprise environments).
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Insurance domain workflows—such as policy administration, underwriting, and claims management—is highly advantageous.
• DevOps & Soft Skills: Solid experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD automation pipelines. Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and clear communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
