Overview

Looking for a hands-on Machine Learning / AI Engineer with a strong Data Science background and experience working within Databricks .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, train, and deploy ML models within Databricks
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring
• Work across demand forecasting, customer analytics, and conversational AI
• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets
• Use Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark and MLflow
• Productionize and monitor models using MLflow / Databricks
• Support GenAI/LLM and NLP use cases where applicable
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams

What They’re Looking For

• Strong Databricks experience
• Strong Python + SQL
• Spark / PySpark
• MLflow and model lifecycle experience
• Machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience deploying ML models into production
• Experience with forecasting, NLP/LLMs or conversational AI is a plus
• Retail/e-commerce experience is a plus

Ideal profile: Someone who sits between Data Science and ML Engineering and can build models while also using Databricks to get them into production.
