Position: Bilingual AS400/RPG Developer
Location: Montreal, QC (Remote)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual AS400/RPG Developer with strong expertise in AS400/RPG development, EDI transaction processing, and L3 production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing incidents, supporting EDI integrations, and ensuring smooth ERP data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve EDI and application-related incidents.
- Handle daily EDI transactions and ERP data updates.
- Generate outbound EDI data and process inbound EDI transactions.
- Support onboarding and certification of EDI partners using platforms like TrueCommerce, SPS Commerce, TrustedLink, Intertrade, and iTrade.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve Level 3 (L3) application incidents.
- Collaborate with client teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Maintain incident documentation and provide timely status updates for critical incidents.
- Update Incident/Change/Problem Management systems with resolution details.
Required Skills:
- Experience with AS400 / IBM iSeries and RPG/RPGLE.
- Strong knowledge of EDI processes and ERP integrations.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Octopus and ServiceNow (or other ITSM tools).
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
