Location: 621 Fifth Ave, San Diego(30-35 hours per week)

We are on a mission to redefine beauty standards while honoring our heritage. I am seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry-Level Executive Assistant to help bring our vision to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage my calendar and emails with precision and professionalism, ensuring I stay organized and focused on strategic initiatives.
• Capture and curate engaging content for our social media platforms to highlight our brand story and product offerings.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives on Instagram and TikTok, utilizing creative strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with spa accounts through calls and effective communication, enhancing brand partnerships.
• Assist in creating dynamic advertising campaigns for TikTok and Instagram, leveraging data and trends to engage our target audience
• .Help coordinate trade shows, events, influencer parties, and pop-ups, ensuring all logistics align with our brand vision and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the beauty industry, providing insights to shape our strategy.
• Support the CEO in various ad-hoc projects, contributing to both personal branding and business development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Recent marketing, communications, or design degree (or equivalent experience).
• Very strong tech-savvy background, including proficiency in design software and familiarity with AI platforms for marketing outreach.
• Expert in ALL social media platforms and back-end.
• Expert in content creation for IG, Tick-tock and other social platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional phone presence.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ambitious and eager to support the CEO and the team in achieving our goals.
• Flexible and intuitive, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Open to continuous learning and growth within a vibrant beauty brand.
• Must be available for occasional evenings and weekends to support events and campaigns
