Job Description:

We are seeking a Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in instructional design, eLearning development, multimedia production, and LMS deployment and a proven ability to analyze business needs and deliver engaging, measurable training solutions across modalities .

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs and materials for classroom, virtual, and self-directed delivery using adult learning principles.
• Conduct needs assessments and task analyses to determine appropriate training solutions aligned to business goals and audiences.
• Create, deploy, and maintain eLearning using tools such as Articulate Storyline, including WBTs, simulations, scenarios, game-based learning, audio, video, and web assets.
• Develop storyboards, mockups, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and supporting documentation with SMEs.
• Define measurement strategies and develop data collection tools to assess learning impact.
• Design user interfaces, prototypes, and graphic elements; provide creative direction on interactivity, imagery, and branding.
• Review and test internal and vendor media for LMS deployment and usability.
• Research and apply learning and eLearning best practices to instructional solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in eLearning, Instructional Design, or related field; relevant technical certifications a plus.
• 4+ years in instructional design, eLearning, multimedia, or website development.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 3/360, Articulate Studio, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Camtasia, and SnagIt.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI-compliant content development and deployment.
• Experience creating WBTs and media assets including audio, video, custom animations/interactions, and graphics.
• Demonstrated application of adult learning principles, needs and job task analysis, and assessment design across face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses.
• Visual and experience design skills to craft intuitive learner interfaces and effective visual narratives.
• Branch banking experience required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in adult education within financial services or corporate settings.
• Experience working within adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile teams.

• Ability to build trust and collaborate with teams, SMEs, and business partners.
• Effective written and oral communication with influencing capability across stakeholders.
• Adaptability in ambiguous situations and a commitment to personal development.
