We’re Hiring! 3 month contract –Amazing organization!
Are you an organized, proactive problem-solver who enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help support a fantastic team!
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and communications
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics
- Help make meetings and events run seamlessly
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and a point of connection with clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with a talented team of EAs to provide thoughtful, seamless support
