Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Python Full Stack Engineer with strong software engineering, cloud, and Agentic AI experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on senior developer who can contribute to architecture and design discussions, perform code reviews, and build scalable production applications.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong Python development and full-stack engineering experience
• React / modern frontend development
• AWS cloud experience preferred
• Kubernetes
• Kafka / streaming technologies
• NoSQL databases
• REST APIs
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Automated testing and test frameworks
• Production alerts, monitoring, and observability
• Splunk / Dynatrace
• Strong understanding of software design and architecture
• Experience performing code reviews and design discussions
• Ability to leverage AI for code optimization and accelerated development

Agentic AI Experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Agentic AI
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Google ADK
• Building software that integrates with AI agents
• AI-assisted development and code optimization

Testing

Experience with software testing frameworks and practices, including:

• JUnit
• Mockito
• Automated testing
• API testing
• Regression and integration testing

Monitoring & Production Support

Experience with:

• Dynatrace
• Splunk
• Application monitoring
• Alerts and observability
• Production troubleshooting

Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong senior-level coding skills
• Hands-on engineer, not a people manager
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable leading technical discussions and reviewing code
• Experience building scalable, cloud-native applications
