About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised communications assistant who has experience in social media communications and graphic/web design. You will join Reframe Venture in a part-time capacity to help us run our social media and editorial output, which will include managing our LinkedIn and Substack, as well as maintaining/designing our website.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Write and copy-edit posts, and run promotional campaigns on the platform, especially in the lead up to our annual conference.
- Schedule and publish content consistently, track engagement metrics, and adapt strategy based on performance.
Substack
- Help coordinate and produce our monthly newsletters, including liaising with team members and community contributors.
- Set up interviews with fund managers, LPs, and industry experts, and draft interview questions.
- Edit and proofread content and manage the editorial calendar.
Website
- Support maintenance and redesign of the website, including updating event pages, team bios, and resources.
- Design and build new webpages using Framer, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity.
Graphic Design
- Work with independent graphic designers to create graphics for social media, newsletters, and events using Figma and Canva.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong written and verbal English, plus keen attention to detail
- Experience with LinkedIn content management
- Familiarity with Substack
- Working knowledge of Figma / Canva for graphic design (or ability to learn), and an eye for layout, colour, typography, and creating polished, on-brand visuals
- Experience with website design and maintenance (ideally with Framer)
- A proven ability and willingness to learn things quickly on a job, like using new digital tools
- Organised, deadline-driven, comfortable working autonomously and proactively engaging stakeholders
- Interested in the world of VC / responsible investment
