Senior Power Platform Developer with 10+ yrs exp & MS Dynamics CRM 5+ yrs exp

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Platform / MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer to support an enterprise Accela Replacement Modernization Project for a New York City public-sector client.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, custom plugins, web resources, APIs, and Azure integration services.

This is a hands-on technical development role for an experienced professional who can design, develop, customize, integrate, troubleshoot, and support enterprise Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.

Develop Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

Design and implement business processes using Power Automate.

Develop and customize Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, custom actions, business rules, and web resources.

Develop custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Configure and develop solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.

Develop and consume REST APIs and web services for enterprise integrations.

Design integrations using Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.

Integrate Dynamics CRM/Power Platform with third-party and enterprise applications.

Support migration of legacy applications and workflows to Microsoft Power Platform.

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, code reviews, and production support.

Develop reusable technical components and follow development best practices.

Prepare technical design, architecture, deployment, and system documentation.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.

Required Technical Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps.

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse.

Experience developing Dynamics CRM plugins, custom workflows, and web resources.

Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core.

Strong JavaScript / TypeScript experience.

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP.

Experience with Azure Service Bus.

Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.

Experience with SQL Server and stored procedures.

Experience with Git / Azure DevOps.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Accela Civic Platform.

Experience with Accela Automation, ACA, Accela Mobile, or Accela REST APIs.

Experience with complex data migration into Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience with Land and Property Information (LPI).

Experience integrating applications with GIS / Esri ArcGIS.

Government, municipal, or public-sector project experience.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

Experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives.

The strongest candidate will be a Senior Dynamics CRM Technical Developer / Power Platform Developer who has progressed from traditional C#/.NET development into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate genuine, hands-on experience developing Dynamics CRM plugins, web resources, APIs, Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, Dataverse components, and Azure integrations in enterprise environments.
