Manager, 3D Design Studio | Visual Experience - Fashion

We’re partnering with an innovative global consumer brand seeking a Manager, 3D Design Studio | Visual Experience to lead the development of immersive pop-ups, brand activations, window displays, and temporary retail environments.

This is with a leading accessible luxury fashion house specializing in leather goods, handbags, and ready-to-wear with a rich heritage rooted in New York City style and craftsmanship.

This role is heavily focused on experiential design and creative concepting , with less emphasis on traditional store design. The ideal candidate is a strategic and highly creative designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling 3D visualization, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Hybrid- 3 days a week in office/2 days remote
• $52/hr - weekly pay
• 3 month temp to permanent opportunity based on performance!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead experiential design projects from concept through execution.
• Create immersive pop-ups, activations, window displays, and branded environments.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Partner with marketing, creative, events, production, and construction teams.
• Support global rollout of design concepts across multiple markets.
• Mentor team members, with potential direct management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, retail, exhibition, or environmental design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development through final execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino and SketchUp (required).
• Experience with KeyShot , Enscape , or similar rendering tools is a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinking, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand experience highly desirable.
• Exposure to China and broader Asia-Pacific markets is a plus.
