Job Description
I’m working with a fast-growing Series A AI startup in NYC hiring multiple Senior / Staff Software Engineers as they continue to build out their engineering team.
They’re building an AI-powered platform used by 200+ consumer brands, have recently raised ~$15m and are currently growing ~5x YoY.
The roles are heavily backend / platform focused, working across large-scale data pipelines, financial analytics systems, APIs and AI-powered workflows. Lots of complex 0→1 engineering problems and ownership over what you build.
Looking for:
- 6+ years SWE experience for Senior / 8+ for Staff
- Strong backend + systems design experience
- Experience building complex, scalable production systems
- Product-minded engineers comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
- AI/ML, data pipelines or analytics experience is a bonus
- Early-stage/startup experience definitely useful
💰 Senior: $240k–$275k + equity + up to 40% bonus
💰 Staff: $300k–$330k + equity + up to 40% bonus
