Job Description
I’m working with a fast-growing AI startup hiring a Senior Applied AI/ML Engineer as they continue scaling their NYC engineering team.
You’ll own AI problems end-to-end across LLMs, agentic workflows, document understanding and forecasting , working with a huge real-world dataset spanning hundreds of thousands of messy financial documents.
They’re looking for someone with 5+ years in applied AI/ML who’s taken systems into production, with depth across areas like LLMs/agents, time-series/forecasting or large-scale messy data .
Strong product mindset is important — they want someone who knows how to turn AI capabilities into things that actually work, not just impressive prototypes.
$250k–$330k + equity + up to 40% bonus
NYC – onsite, relocation supported
