Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, Electronics Product Development, and IIoT solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, exhibitions, email campaigns, and outbound sales activities
- Build relationships with OEMs, product companies, startups, system integrators, and manufacturing organizations
- Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
- Promote RHIA’’s engineering services, embedded solutions, industrial automation products, smart sensors, industrial controllers, and custom hardware development capabilities
- Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and strategic partnerships
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information using CRM tools
- Represent RHIA at industrial exhibitions, technology events, and customer meetings
